Brenda Shoshanna, PhD, a practicing psychologist and therapist for almost 30 years, is also a long-term practitioner of Zen whose work is dedicated to integrating East and West.

Dr Shoshanna appears frequently on national television (CBS, ABC, NBC, MSNBC), in national print (Cosmopolitan, Mademoiselle, Allure) and in major venues online.
